What you will do:
  • Provide therapeutic living and learning environments by supporting educational and residential colleagues.
  • Conduct clinical assessments and create individualised interventions for young people.
  • Engage with young people who have neuro‑developmental conditions and special educational needs, providing emotional and behavioural support.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to develop and deliver therapeutic interventions.
  • Foster positive changes and growth in each child by addressing developmental trauma and other needs.
