LCHG recognises the increasing demand for more flexibility in working practices to accommodate personal goals and commitments. Flexible working opportunities such as part‑time working, compressed hours, job shares and hybrid working models can help staff balance personal and work commitments. Arrangements can be put in place if it can be shown that individual needs are balanced with service and team impact, enabling the Trust to recruit and retain skilled staff, raise morale, reduce absenteeism and respond to changing service needs more effectively.
We are pleased to advertise opportunities for band 3 Speech and Language Therapy Assistants for the Adult SLT community service. We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our forward‑thinking and supportive team and provide input to our patients in the Lincolnshire community. We deliver care to a variety of settings including patient homes, outpatient clinics, nursing and care homes.
There are two posts available at 22.5 hours a week but other hours may be considered. If your preference is for a full‑time post, there may be sessions available on the Ashby Ward, an 18‑bed inpatient rehabilitation unit based at Lincoln County Hospital, providing care for patients with acquired brain injuries and neurological conditions.
Location preference can be discussed at interview but the posts need to meet the geographical needs of the service as we operate across Lincolnshire.

We have a well‑established local AAC Service and the East Midlands AAC Regional hub based in Lincoln, offering opportunities for training and joint working with AAC professionals from the hub.
