Overview

Job Title: Speech and Language Therapist – Autism Pathway. Location: London. Contract Type: Insourcing – Fixed-Term (30 Weeks initially). Start Date: ASAP. Hours: Flexible (Full or Part-Time Options Considered). Rate: Competitive Daily Rate.

We are currently seeking multiple passionate and experienced Speech and Language Therapist (SLT) to join our dynamic team on an insourcing contract, supporting NHS services with reducing waiting lists and improving patient access to therapy.

This is an exciting opportunity for SLTs looking for flexible, rewarding work that makes a direct impact. All work will be based at one site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver assessment and intervention services to children with a range of communication needs.
  • Work collaboratively with existing NHS SLT teams and multidisciplinary professionals.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in line with service policies.
  • Contribute to service development and quality improvement as appropriate.
Requirements
  • Recognised degree in Speech and Language Therapy.
  • HCPC registration (Health and Care Professions Council).
  • Experience working in NHS or equivalent settings.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to different service environments.
  • Enhanced DBS (or willingness to undergo one).
