Overview

Compass Associates is partnering with a leading charity provider of specialist autism education and support. We are seeking a Clinical Lead to join our specialist school in Radlett, Hertfordshire. The role aims to develop and deliver high‑quality therapy provision across the school, ensuring an integrated service for pupils with autism and complex needs.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a small therapy team, supporting Speech & Language Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Psychology provision.
  • Maintain a manageable clinical caseload while driving service improvement and embedding evidence‑based practice.
  • Work closely with the school leadership team and Head of Therapy to shape service delivery and foster a culture of collaboration and professional development.
  • Provide leadership and supervisory support across a multidisciplinary clinical setting.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • HCPC Registered Speech & Language Therapist, Occupational Therapist or Practitioner Psychologist.
  • Minimum 5 years post‑qualification experience, ideally with autistic individuals or those with complex needs.
  • Experience in SEN and a strong understanding of EHCPs, outcome measures and integrated therapy models.
  • Leadership or supervisory experience within a multidisciplinary or clinical setting.
Benefits
  • Salary: £48,000 – £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience and qualifications).
