A leading education provider in the UK is seeking a Speech and Language Therapist to join their multidisciplinary team at Acorn Park School. Job Title: Speech and Language Therapist
Location: Acorn Park School - Norfolk NR16 2HU
Salary: Up to GBP53,200 pro rata DOE
Please note — basic grade SALT offers from GBP33,000+, Specialist from GBP39,500+ & Highly specialist from GBP48,000+
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Contract: Permanent (Term time only, or flexibility around full-time contract can be discussed based on your personal circumstances)
Essential: Full valid UK driving licence and access to own vehicle

The role:
We are looking for a Speech and Language Therapist to join our in-house clinical team at Acorn Park School. Working collaboratively with the education team, you will deliver bespoke Speech and Language Therapy assessment and intervention to pupils who may have experienced developmental trauma, be neurodivergent or have SEMH needs. You will work within the standards provided in the OFG Speech and Language Therapy Ways of Working, which will guide your practice within an education setting and clarify your roles and responsibilities, while taking into account the requirements of your governing and professional bodies. You will be given responsibility for holding a Speech and Language therapy caseload, with the full support of your designated clinical supervisor and site lead, and you will also contribute to staff training and consultation as required. This post would suit a resilient, creative and enthusiastic individual.
