Job Description:

Specifications Technologist – 6 Month FTC – Food Manufacturing
Remote based
£30, – £35,
Must have retailer specifications experience

Due to an increase in workload and various projects my client is looking for an experienced Specifications Technologist to join the Technical team on a Fixed Term Contract for 6 months. You must be available to start within the next four weeks.

  • Contract Type: FTC- 6 months
  • Shift: Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5pm
  • Remote-based with flexibility required for business needs

Responsibilities:

  • Complete finished product specifications meeting critical path/customer requirements
  • Review finished product artwork checks for critical path adherence
  • Maintain retailer online systems and update finished product specifications/site details
  • Manage customer interface internally/externally in a professional/timely manner
  • Conduct audits as part of the internal audit team
  • Administer data for customer complaints, KPI reports, and analytical support
  • Assist in Quality Management System compliance projects

About You:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Proficient in Retailer Specification Writing
  • Strong communication and computer skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines under pressure
