Specification Sales Manager – Mechanical Ventilation
Overview

A leading manufacturer of ventilation solutions is looking to appoint an experienced Specification Sales Manager to develop specification-led sales across the London region. This is a key role focused on promoting a high quality range of mechanical ventilation products to consultants, architects, house builders and developers.

This position suits someone with strong technical knowledge of residential ventilation (MEV, MVHR, or similar) and a background in specification sales within the built environment.

The Role
  • Build and grow relationships with M&E consultants, architects, developers and major house builders
  • Promote a portfolio of residential ventilation systems through technical presentations, CPDs and project support
  • Identify, pursue and convert new project opportunities across Greater London
  • Support projects from initial design input through to handover, working closely with internal teams
  • Keep up to date with industry standards, regulations and best practices to advise clients effectively
  • Maintain accurate activity records using the company CRM
  • Collaborate with technical and product teams to provide market feedback and highlight opportunities for product improvement
Package
  • Salary: £50,000-£60,000
