A leading infrastructure solutions provider is seeking a Specification Sales Consultant to foster relationships with consultants and developers in the Slough area. This role emphasizes consultative sales within technically complex environments and requires a strong network in the built environment. The successful candidate will enjoy a competitive package including a base salary up to £70,000, a car allowance of £550 per month, and a performance-driven bonus of up to 24%. Frequent travel across the South East and UK will be necessary.
You’ll build and nurture relationships with consultants, developers, and end users to ensure your technical solutions are embedded in project designs from the beginning. The aim is to become the go-to specification on major builds through proactive engagement, technical support, and strategic positioning.
This is not transactional selling — it’s about consultative, long-term influence across technically complex environments.
Location: Field-based, covering South East & London with national reach
Package: Up to £70,000 + £550 / month car allowance + up to 24% bonus + pension + benefits
