Job Title: Specification Sales Manager – Renewable Energy Products

Industry Sector: Renewable Energy Products, Heat Pumps, Ventilation, District Heating, Heat Interface Units, HIU, Plumbing & Heating, M&E, M&E Consultants, M&E Contractors, HVAC, Bathrooms, Fittings, Plant Room, Pipework, Flameless Heating Systems, Radiators and Building Services

Area to be covered: London & South East

Remuneration: up to £60,000 + £10,000 - £15,000 bonus

Benefits: £500-£600 car allowance or electric company car & full benefits

The role of the Specification Sales Manager – Renewable Energy Products will involve:
  • Field sales position, selling our clients high quality range of manufactured renewable energy products such as; heat interface units, heat pumps and district heating systems
  • All of your time will be spent generating specification and selling to M&E consultants, M&E contractors, local authorities
  • Turnover target circa £850k-£1m first year
  • Inherit a healthy project bank
  • Projects include apartment blocks, restaurants, theatres etc
The ideal applicant will be a Specification Sales Manager – Renewable Energy Products with:
  • Must have sold through specification to M&E consultants and M&E contractor
  • Must have sold a HVAC related products
  • Ideally heat interface units, heat pumps or district heating however not essential
  • No job hoppers
  • New business orientated
