We\'re seeking a Specialist School Nurse to join our supportive Children\'s Community Nursing team in East Berkshire in a part-time, term time only role.
You\'ll work closely with children, young people, families, and school staff to deliver safe, high-quality care. Primarily based in Bracknell, at one of the three special schools we work with in East Berkshire, you\'ll support children and young people who have complex health needs and learning disabilities.
Managing your own caseload, day to day you will:
You\'ll join a welcoming and skilled team of specialist school nurses and have regular visits and supervision from your team lead. You\'ll participate in active peer support networks and our quarterly development days. We\'ll provide a thorough induction and offering ongoing professional development.

We can offer some choice and flexibility regarding when the 22.5 hours are worked within our core Monday to Friday 8am-4pm times.
