Job description

An experienced and highly skilled Senior Paediatric Audiologist, able to work autonomously to assess the hearing of children aged 8 months to 18 years of age.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a coordinated and holistic approach to meeting the needs of children in the diverse community.

To assist the Clinical Team Lead in the planning, development and delivery of the Paediatric Audiology Service for the paediatric population of Ealing (2nd tier).

To play an integral role in ensuring high quality service delivery and improvements to achieve UKAS IQIPS accreditation.

We are looking for a dedicated, compassionate, and motivated Senior Paediatric Audiologist, with excellent interpersonal skills, to join our Tier 2 Paediatric Audiology service in Ealing. This is a rare opportunity to work in a supportive, community environment with a strong emphasis on multidisciplinary working.

West London NHS Trust, in partnership with Central and North West London NHS Trust (CNWL), the Hillingdon Hospitals NHS Trust and some other smaller providers, including third sector, have formed a partnership, Ealing Community Partners, to provide integrated community health services in Ealing.

The Ealing Paediatric Audiology Service is an integral part of the Ealing Service for Children with Additional Needs which integrates different health, education and social services for children.

There is a high level of integration and collaboration between different health, education and social care services.
