Overview

Due to the imminent opening of the Hybrid Vascular theatre at the Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust (Wonford Hospital), we have an exciting opportunity to expand our existing team of Specialist Radiographers. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Radiographer to join our established team of Interventional and Fluoroscopy Radiographers. The successful candidate will work in the Interventional Radiology suite, Hybrid theatre and Fluoroscopy, providing high quality imaging to assist Consultant Radiologists, Vascular surgeons, Registrars and Advanced Clinical Practitioners. We undertake procedures in many areas of intervention, including angiography, embolisation, EVAR, line insertion, biliary and urology intervention, and vascular access for dialysis.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality imaging support in the Interventional Radiology suite, Hybrid theatre and Fluoroscopy.
• Work closely with Consultant Radiologists, Vascular surgeons, Registrars and Advanced Clinical Practitioners to aid procedures.
• Participate in a range of interventional procedures including angiography, embolisation, EVAR, line insertion, biliary and urology interventions, and vascular access for dialysis.
