A healthcare organization in London is seeking a Pediatric Dentistry Clinical Leader to develop services for children with complex needs. This role involves providing advanced clinical care, working closely with specialists, and leading initiatives to improve dental services. Applicants should have substantial experience in pediatric dentistry and a passion for providing high-quality care in a community setting.
Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust Dental Services holds several NHS contracts and is commissioned to provide Dental Access and specialised referral services in Community Dental Services, General Dental Practice, and prison dentistry from 20 sites, with general anaesthetic sessions at three hospitals. It also provides local authority contracts to deliver oral health promotion and non-commissioned services including training and dental engineering. The Service compliments general and hospital dental services and involves multiagency working to provide a range of quality dental services. The range of dental services includes Sedation, Special Care, Paediatric Dentistry, General Anaesthetics, Periodontology, Geriodontology, Domiciliary, Epidemiology, Oral Health Education, routine and emergency dental care.
Additional Working Pattern: 10 hours on a Tuesday when doing GAs, 7.5 hours on clinical day and remaining 5 hours on the third day.
