We specialise in NHS mental health and learning disability services and we're proud to make a difference every day.
At SPFT we put people first. We'll do everything possible to help you feel respected, valued and included. You'll have opportunities to learn, grow and gain new experiences to support your career, with access to lifelong learning and professional development.

We recognise that AI is becoming part of daily life and you may choose to use it to help prepare your application. We welcome innovation but ask that anything you submit reflects your own abilities, experience and voice. AI can support how you describe your skills and experience, but it should never replace your own words as we want to get to know you.
We're shaping a workplace where ideas are encouraged, technology supports you and everyone has a voice in how we improve. If that sounds like the kind of organisation you want to be part of, we'd love to hear from you.
The post holder will assess patients, risk assess and formulate treatment plans. You will be available to the MDT for consultation and, with the consultants, will be the senior medical resource for the team.

Our medics enjoy excellent access to weekly CPD sessions and are well supported through our supervisory structure, which incorporates regular job planning, review and evaluation to ensure we get the workload balance right.
Medics can join our Clinical Academic Groups and we have close links with the Trust Research Unit, co-developing evidence based interventions, such as the hearing voices clinic. We encourage our medics to get involved in on-going service improvement initiatives, such as our recent HDAT audit and work with our Pharmacists on Trust-wide service improvements.
At Sussex Partnership we are committed to providing opportunities for flexible working. If you would like to work differently or different hours to as advertised, please get in touch to discuss this in more detail.
