A community health service provider in Swindon is seeking a compassionate Specialist Community Nurse. You will provide expert, person-centered care for adults with learning disabilities, collaborating with a dedicated multi-disciplinary team. The ideal candidate will have recent experience in a Learning Disabilities service and a full UK driving licence. Are you a compassionate and dynamic nurse with a passion for supporting adults with learning disabilities? We're looking for a motivated, confident Specialist Community Nurse to join our dedicated, small, and welcoming multi‑disciplinary Learning Disability and Autism team, primarily based in Swindon.
Provide expert, person‑centred care to adults with diagnosed learning disabilities whose needs cannot be met through mainstream services. Collaborate with a supportive multi‑disciplinary team to deliver exceptional community healthcare. Make a real difference in the lives of individuals across the BSW (Bath, Swindon, and Wiltshire) patch.
Essential recent experience (within the last 5 years) working in a Learning Disabilities service and confidence in working with individuals with learning disabilities. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (willingness to travel across the BSW patch is required).
