A community health organization in Polegate is seeking a Specialist Community Public Health Nurse. You will lead health initiatives, manage staff, and support children and families in accessing healthcare and improving health outcomes. The nature of their work requires clinical input and effective leadership as well as good project management skills. Working as part of the School Health Team you will support the delivery of the Healthy Child Programme in accordance with national and local strategy/guidance.
A key part of your role will be to undertake these activities and deliver services that meet high standards of patient care.
