A social welfare organization in Shrewsbury seeks a dedicated professional to build relationships that increase access to support services for young women and girls at risk of criminal exploitation. Candidates should have significant experience working with young people, strong safeguarding knowledge, and the ability to collaborate with various agencies. Our STEPS is an integrated Child Sexual Exploitation (CSE), Child Criminal Exploitation (CCE) support service which spans across West Mercia. The four regions of West Mercia are Herefordshire, Shropshire, Telford & Wrekin and Worcestershire.
Build relationships and develop referral pathways specifically for young women and girls to increase the number of young women and girls accessing the service for CCE.
Extensive experience of working directly with young people on level 2–4 on the continuum of need presenting a variety of support needs.

*Access to a car, and a full driving licence, is a requirement of this role.
