A leading healthcare provider in Redhill is seeking a Specialist Biomedical Scientist in Haematology & Blood Transfusion. The role involves working in a well-equipped laboratory and contributing to growth during an exciting time for the organization. Successful candidates will have essential experience and be required to participate in a shift system once deemed competent. Competitive annual salary, plus a high cost allowance.
We are looking for a highly motivated, experienced Biomedical Scientist with a specialist portfolio or equivalent experience to join us and contribute to our growth at this exciting time. We are part of the BSPS group and have recently implemented new Abbott Alinity analysers and Winpath Enterprise LIMS. Lone working OoH experience, good time management and team working skills are essential.
The laboratory is approved as a training site. We also hold full compliance with the Blood Safety & Quality Regulations Act 2005. We encourage and support staff professional development.
The Haematology and Blood Transfusion laboratory is well equipped and benefits from Abbott Alinity Hq/Hs for Haematology, Immucor Neo Iris for Blood Transfusion and ACL TOPS 550 CTS for Coagulation.
We run a shift system and participation by the successful candidate is compulsory once deemed competent by the Lead BMS.
