A charitable housing association is seeking an experienced Surveyor in London to execute Latent Defects Projects focusing on cladding and fire safety. The successful candidate will manage projects, collaborate with stakeholders, and deliver excellent customer service. Ideal qualifications include a degree in a relevant field and Chartered Status with a professional body. This role offers competitive benefits and requires occasional out-of-hours work.
Salary: £58,417 per annum plus opportunity to earn up to 5% performance-related bonus

We have an opportunity for an experienced Surveyor to join us and effectively and professionally deliver Latent Defects Projects, with a focus on cladding and fire safety. You will emphasise technical proficiency, project management and stakeholder collaboration to ensure compliance and quality, and deliver excellent frontline customer service by meeting customers’ needs and achieving team/departmental objectives. Some evening and weekend work will be required to provide regular out of hours updates to residents and stakeholders.
