We're looking for a Speak Up Manager to join our Group Non-Financial Risk team and help strengthen our speak up culture across the organisation. In this role, you'll play a key part in maintaining a robust speak up framework, managing investigations, and ensuring concerns are handled fairly, consistently and in line with regulatory expectations. This is an opportunity to apply your investigative and judgement skills in a role that truly supports our people, customers and values.
