A luxury spa and leisure company in Sindlesham is seeking a passionate Spa Therapist to deliver exceptional treatments and provide outstanding customer care. Overall Aim of the Role

In the breath‑taking 20 room Crystal Treatment Suite our Spa Therapists are trained to the highest standards to deliver exceptional treatments across a range of product houses.

Our Spa Therapist team, work in a busy, fun and friendly environment completing a variety of treatments from Germaine de Capuccini, Lava Shells and Jessica Nails. We offer luxurious massages, personalised facials and rejuvenating body treatments to exceed our customers’ expectations. We are passionate about recognising and rewarding our team for exceptional customer service and putting the cherry on top of the customers day.

What you’ll do
  • Deliver high end luxury treatments with the highest quality products.
  • Provide exceptional customer care.
  • Be a key member of a motivated and successful team.
Who you’ll be
  • NVQ level 3 in Beauty Therapy or equivalent.
  • It would be an advantage, but not essential, for you to have previous experience with one of our brands Germaine de Capuccini, Jessica or Lavashell.
  • You will be driven by a desire to exceed your guests’ expectations
  • An enthusiastic and supportive team player
  • Passionate about the treatments you deliver and the products you use.

Shift Patterns

For these roles, the shifts will be offered within the following time slots :

  • Morning shift : 9 : 45 am 2 : 00 pm
  • Full-day shift : 9 : 45 am 6 : 00 pm
  • Afternoonevening shift : 1 : 15 pm 9 : 30 pm
  • Evening shift : 5 : 15 pm 9 : 30 pm
  • Note : Work is required every other weekend (i.e., alternating weekends).
