The advertised rate is applicable to hours worked on weekdays (Monday - Friday), an additional £1 per hour will be applied to hours worked on weekends (Saturday & Sunday), plus a £10 "Love to shop" voucher for each weekend day worked. Spa opening hours run from 9.30am - 6pm each day, working hours will be 9am - 6pm.
Role & Responsibilities
  • To provide a level of service which exceeds all guest expectations, by completing all treatments in a consistently thorough manner, within the allotted time, and by treating all clients with individual attention.
  • To ensure all treatments are carried out to the highest standards.
  • Promote and sell the services of the Spa and Salon and maximise the potential of all sales.
  • To work towards retail sales and retail % targets set.
  • To ensure treatment rooms and all public areas are kept clean and tidy according to Spa check‑list and health and safety standards – maintaining the five‑star level of cleanliness.
  • Responsible for maintaining an effective stock control system in your treatment room.
  • Monitor the cost of product and correct usage of the products in treatments.
  • Ensure that treatment scheduling meets the demands of the guest whilst maximising revenue and trends are monitored and addressed.
  • To participate in on‑going training programs / Review Audits.
  • To ensure all complaints are minimised and handled professionally as per hotel policy.
  • All other duties as required.
