About the Job

An opportunity has arisen for a Spa Therapist to join Jumeirah Carlton Tower. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

• Provide excellent therapy services to guests by recommending correct treatments and offering full product knowledge, in accordance with spa protocol and accepted certification practices, to ensure immersive health and wellness experiences.
• Examine treatment rooms before beginning a treatment to ensure they are fully set up, equipped, and in line with established standards.
• Inspect all areas of the spa and treatment rooms to ensure cleanliness, providing guests with a clean and comforting experience.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic environment within the spa in line with standard documentation and SOPs, adhering to local regulations.
• Carry out spa treatments to the highest standards with adherence to standard protocols to provide a smooth and professional service.
• Be ready to greet guests and ensure consultation questionnaires and wellness details (history, allergies, dislikes, etc.) are reviewed prior to treatments to provide appropriate therapy and a pleasing guest experience.
