A day in the life

Our therapists are responsible for ensuring a high level of service performing a variety of day spa treatments such as facials, massage and beautifully created spa rituals. You’ll assist our guests with queries and have in-depth knowledge of all treatments and products.

Our highly trained & professional Spa Therapists, are responsible for delivering great service and care to our guests, ensuring they leave feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. This is a casual position with your key responsibilities for the role including:

• Administer spa therapies including facials, skin & body treatments, remedial, relaxation & pregnancy massage, manicures and pedicures
• Prepare and clean treatment rooms and spa equipment
• Complete tasks and services within the time frames and to a high standard
• Provide timely and courteous customer service, anticipating guest needs and resolving issues
• Maintain in depth knowledge of services, products and monitor stock levels
• Perform reception, admin & POS duties as required
• Ability to perform physical requirements of the role, eg working on your feet
• Maintain presentation and hygiene standards

What you’ll need to be successful

• Day spa experience, delivering quality spa treatments specialising in facials, skin & body treatments, massage, manicures and pedicures, essential
• Diploma of Beauty Therapy or Remedial Massage essential
• Working with Children Check
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills, maintaining a loyal clientele and actively selling products/services
• Work efficiently in a team environment and have the ability to use initiative, prioritise tasks and problem solve
• Professional grooming & personal presentation
