This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the chef, contribute to innovative menu items, and utilize home-grown ingredients. Ideal candidates will have experience in a 2 Rosette kitchen, possess strong culinary creativity, and be knowledgeable about food safety regulations. The position offers a competitive salary of up to £35,000 with live-in benefits.
Independent highly awarded stunning hotel
You will help the chef in the running of this fine dining restaurant currently awarded with 3 Rosettes. You will understand and help cultivate the”home” grown ingredients in the grounds of the hotel. Utilising your experience and knowledge of food you will help create and inspire new dishes for the menus. Help source and negotiate the prices from local suppliers
