Job Overview

As a Sous Chef at Turtle Bay, you will be second in command in the kitchen, working closely with the Head Chef to lead and inspire the team.

You will bring positive energy and a calm, supportive presence to every shift, helping to maintain high standards while delivering dishes full of flavour and made with love.

Key responsibilities include managing all aspects of kitchen operations—from prep and cooking to training new chefs, supporting stock and health & safety standards. You will be hands‑on, leading by example and helping your team to thrive in a high‑energy, fast‑paced environment.

We’re looking for someone who loves cooking with soul, takes pride in quality, and understands the importance of teamwork. You’ll be passionate about food and people, focused on creating great guest experiences, and ready to bring your best to every shift.
