Position Overview

IPH Recruitment is on the lookout for a Sous Chef for one of Oxfordshires's busiest destination pubs located 15 minutes drive from Oxford. They offer traditional pub food with a modern twist. This is a stylish restaurant and bar, where everyone who loves great food and drink can relax and enjoy.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain passion for beautifully plated food and work with fresh and seasonal ingredients.
• Operate in a high‑pressure environment and manage a high volume of dishes while focusing on quality.
• Support the Head Chef, stepping up and covering when the Head Chef is off or out of the kitchen.
• Work collaboratively with a dynamic team to create a great atmosphere during extremely busy periods.
