Job Title: Source to Contract Manager

Location: Flexible, UK + Hybrid Working Arrangements

The role

As a Source to Contract Manager, you’ll lead strategic sourcing, procurement, and supplier relationship management across our UK Aviation sector. This is a high-impact role where your expertise will help optimise supply chains for five sector business units and support the creation of business‑winning solutions for future opportunities. You’ll be at the heart of shaping dynamic, scalable supply chain strategies that enhance profitability and capability making a real difference to national defence and your career.

Day-to-day, you’ll lead strategic sourcing and category management, collaborate with stakeholders to shape scalable procurement strategies, build strong supplier relationships, and act as a key escalation point for supply chain matters.

  • Leading strategic sourcing and category management across a diverse portfolio
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to understand business needs

Please note that this position involves travel/working across a range of internal and customer sites, as a requirement of the role.

This role is full time, 37 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements with days in the office/onsite and days working from home. This role home based with travel to Staverton and other sites as required.

Essential experience of the Source to Contract Manager
  • Proven experience in strategic sourcing, category management, or similar roles
  • Strong background in supply chain functions within large commercial organisations

  • Skilled in using e‑procurement tools to inform sourcing strategies
Qualifications for the Source to Contract Manager
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
