A leading defense company in the UK is seeking a Source to Contract Manager to optimize supply chains and enhance profitability for national defense. This full-time role involves strategic sourcing, supplier management, and collaboration with stakeholders, providing hybrid working arrangements. Candidates should have a strong background in supply chain management and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Security clearance will be required.

As a Source to Contract Manager, you’ll lead strategic sourcing, procurement, and supplier relationship management across our UK Aviation sector. This is a high-impact role where your expertise will help optimise supply chains for five sector business units and support the creation of business‑winning solutions for future opportunities. You’ll be at the heart of shaping dynamic, scalable supply chain strategies that enhance profitability and capability making a real difference to national defence and your career.
Day-to-day, you’ll lead strategic sourcing and category management, collaborate with stakeholders to shape scalable procurement strategies, build strong supplier relationships, and act as a key escalation point for supply chain matters.
Please note that this position involves travel/working across a range of internal and customer sites, as a requirement of the role.
This role is full time, 37 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements with days in the office/onsite and days working from home. This role home based with travel to Staverton and other sites as required.
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Standard (BPSS) security clearance for this role.
