SolutionsArchitect

Overview:

We are looking for a highly consultative and experiencedSolutions Architect(SA) whohas operatedin complex SaaS environments.

As a part of theSolutionsEngineering team, you will play an integral role in several phases of the client lifecycle.SA’s support all pre-sales productivity and deal flow by securing the “technical close” for our complex solutions and will ensure clients are setup for success as they transition to our Implementation and Customer Success teams. SA’s collaborate closely with our Sales, SME, Implementation, CustomerSuccessand Product teams to ensure proposed deals include technical solutions that accurately address client needs and are properly supported by key client decision-makers.

This is a role that requires heavy interaction with prospects and clients and is ideal for someone with a passion for technology, problem-solving, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales teams to understandprospect’sbusiness needs and technical requirements.
  • Articulate the value ofthe technologyand product positioning to both business and technical users.
  • Deliver tailored product demos that highlight the technical features and capabilities of our SaaS platform and create compelling use cases that address the prospect's unique needs.
  • Design andmaintaindemo environments showcasing73Strings’features and functionalities.
  • Serve as a technical advisor during sales calls, meetings, and follow-ups.
  • Lead POC engagements by setting up environments, configuring solutions to align with customer use cases, and ensuring a successful experience.
  • Lead a consultative technical selling process and build robustlong-termrelationships withprospects and clients
  • Drive grow of the 73 Strings Brand withonesIndustry, Platform and Private Markets Knowledge
  • Assistthe sales team in crafting responses to technical inquiries in RFPs and RFIs.
  • Work closely with the Implementations and Customer Success team to ensure smooth onboarding of new customers, providing all relevant technical information and context.
  • Train and mentor junior colleagues

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Graduate or post-graduate qualification
  • 5+ years ofcustomer facingexperience in a client facing role such asSolutionsArchitect, Sales Engineer,Pre-Sales EngineerProject Management, or Solutions role.
  • Experience in delivering engaging and technical sales demos
  • Good understanding of Private Markets’ ecosystem (Private Equity, Private Credit, Venture Capital) and workflow (portfolio monitoring, valuations)
  • Coaching and training capabilities
