Overview
We\'re seeking a technically deep yet customer-facing Solutions Architect with pre-sales experience and technical depth in Applied AI (LLMs, agentic applications). You will lead first-touch client engagements, build trusted relationships with partners like OpenAI and Anthropic, deliver customer workshops and prototypes, and provide thought leadership through industry events.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical advisor in pre-sales: manage customer discovery, requirements, evaluation frameworks, and solution delivery - guiding from ideation through integration and deployment.
- Design and architect scalable LLM-based solutions integrated into enterprise tech stacks - aligning business and technical needs
- Prototype, workshop, and run customer events (technical deep-dives, workshops, demos)
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS and others. Coordinate with internal teams and external contacts to drive joint strategic initiatives.
- Deliver engaging talks and demos at industry and customer events to showcase capabilities and thought leadership around LLM and applied AI solutions.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years in customer-facing, pre-sales, or solutions architecture roles (e.g., Sales Engineer, Technical Account Manager)
- Demonstrated experience with Applied AI, particularly LLMs and/or agentic systems - prototyping and deploying in customer environments.
- Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and integrating with enterprise systems
- Strong technical credentials with Applied AI / LLMs:
- Experience with agentic frameworks (e.g. OpenAI Agent SDK, LangChain, CrewAI)
- Familiarity with tracing and observability tools for debugging/evaluating agentic workloads
- Understanding of MLOps practices
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted software development tools (e.g. Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Gemini CLI) - able to demo, evaluate, and advise customers on adoption.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills: able to translate complex AI concepts across engineering teams and executive audiences.
- Comfortable in workshop/facilitation, including at customer sites or virtual settings, and representing Mesh-AI at public forums.
- Strong relationship-building skills: able to manage partnerships and stakeholder alignment across internal teams and external platforms.
- Self-driven, proactive, and adaptable in fast-paced environments with the ability to deal with ambiguity.
Nice to Have
- Experience speaking at industry events, hackathons, or running developer workshops.
- Proven track record of deploying agentic/LLM applications into production in enterprise environments, including:
- Integration with enterprise data and platforms
- Security, compliance, and monitoring at scale
- Use of LLM brokers, evaluation harnesses, and optimisation loops for production workloads
- Exposure to emerging autonomous coding/agentic developer tools (e.g. Devin, SWE-agent) and an informed view on their maturity, limitations, and enterprise use cases.
