A leading Unified Communications partner is seeking a Pre-Sales / Solutions Architect with strong Unify Openscape expertise to join its enterprise and public sector team.
The role will focus on supporting a large customer base of over 200 organisations, including major NHS Trusts and public sector accounts, many of which are currently operating on Unify Openscape estates. You’ll play a key role in helping customers modernise their UC environments, guiding them on the journey into cloud-based solutions such as Zoom and Genesys.
This is a strategic, customer-facing role where you’ll combine deep Openscape technical knowledge with strong consultative skills to design solutions, deliver workshops, and help secure major UC transformation projects.
This is a chance to step into a high-profile pre-sales role, leading Unify Openscape customers through the next stage of their communications journey. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping cloud-first UC solutions for some of the UK’s largest public sector organisations.
