Job description

The Solutions Architect will lead the design, implementation, and management of Coupa solutions, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance. You will work closely with clients to understand business needs, provide tailored recommendations, and deliver successful outcomes across multiple client environments.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the lead authority on Coupa functional and technical deployments.
  • Design, configure, and implement Coupa solutions, ensuring optimal performance and integration.
  • Support clients throughout the full lifecycle: proposals, implementation, adoption, and embedding solutions.
  • Conduct workshops, design reviews, and knowledge‑sharing sessions.
  • Provide technical guidance to ensure successful platform adoption.
  • Create templates, training materials, and best‑practice documentation.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Deployment experience in Coupa modules: Procurement, Invoicing, SIM, InvoiceSmash (required); Sourcing, CLMS/A, RPMA/S, Analytics, AI Classification (desirable).
  • Experience with data migration, UAT, system integration, regression testing, and impact analysis.
  • Knowledge of supplier enablement, catalogues, buying channels, and e‑invoicing regulations (PEPPOL, Country Clearance).
  • Integration expertise with REST, webhooks, cXML, PunchOut, file‑based patterns.
  • ERP integration experience: SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Cloud ERP, NetSuite, MS Dynamics 365, Workday, Infor.
