Job description

One of Scandinavia's fastest legal service providers is looking for an experienced Solicitor with strong technical expertise and the ability to deliver high quality drafting of legal documents such as Wills, Enduring Power of Attorney, Succession and other legal documents related to Inheritance Law. Since their establishment in 2019, they have expanded across Denmark, Sweden and Ireland and are now entering the UK market. This is a full-time, fully remote role.

Responsibilities
  • Drafting and reviewing wills, EPAs and other legal documents related to inheritance law.
  • Ensuring documents meet UK legal and regulatory standards.
  • Advising on the technical aspects of inheritance law.
  • Collaborating with the cross-European legal and support teams.
  • Using the digital platform to deliver legal services.
  • Supporting families with estate and succession matters.
  • Participating in consultations with clients.
  • Delivering compassionate, clear and practical advice.
  • Once the UK branch expands you will transition gradually into providing direct legal guidance to clients.
Qualifications
  • Qualification as a Solicitor in England and Wales.
  • Strong experience in drafting Wills, EPAs and estate planning documents.
  • Solid understanding of UK legal and regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
  • Confident in working with digital tools and legal platforms.
