We have an amazing opportunity for a highly accomplished Conveyancing Solicitor or Legal Adviser! You will be based at our modern Crawley hub working with a fantastic team of experienced legal professionals.

We are looking for someone with ambition and drive to join our team. You will have proven experience of working on a range of complex matters, providing exceptional service to your clients.

What you will be doing:
  • to handle a wide range of residential property work, including large complex matters
  • engage with prospective legal clients, produce matter estimates and pre-instruction documentation
  • produce written advice to clients and the required legal documents to progress and conclude their matter
  • exercise high standards of client care in a professional and pleasant manner at all times
  • working with marketing strategies to attract new clients and developing relationships with current clients
  • assisting and supervising more junior fee earner/paralegals, delegating appropriate work to paralegals
What you will need:
  • highly accomplished Legal Adviser with relevant experience working in Residential Property.
  • experience in a wide range of complex Residential Property work
  • ability to manage your workload, knowing when to delegate and when to request additional input, to provide the best client service
  • an understanding of clients as our business partners & the importance of knowing what is key for them
  • proven business development experience, with the ability to build strong professional relationships
