A leading law firm is seeking a newly qualified Banking & Finance Solicitor to join its high-performing UK Banking team in Bristol. The Role

You’ll be involved in a wide range of banking and finance matters, including:

  • General corporate lending
  • Leveraged and acquisition finance
  • Real estate and funds finance
  • Trade and commodity finance
  • Restructuring and special situations
  • Working as part of cross-border, cross-practice teams
  • Supporting marketing and business development initiatives
Candidate Requirements

This role is suited to a newly qualified solicitor or trainee due to qualify in early 2026, with:

  • Some experience in transactional or general banking work
