Job summary

A leading law firm is seeking a Solicitor to join its nationally recognized Insurance Fraud team in London. This role provides the opportunity to work on complex, high-value fraud litigation matters alongside major insurers and high-profile clients. The ideal candidate will have 0-4 years PQE with strong experience in insurance fraud litigation and a proven ability to manage a complex caseload. The position offers a hybrid work model, emphasizing teamwork, commercial acumen, and proactive cost management.

This role offers a hybrid-based model which will be based from the newly renovated London office.

Responsibilities
  • Take the lead on complex and high-value fraudulent claims, including motor, EL/PL, staged/contrived accidents, and organised fraud rings.
  • Build strong client relationships with major insurers, delivering strategic and technical advice.
  • Play a key role in business development initiatives and contribute to the continued growth of the Fraud practice.
  • Engage in litigation strategy, advocacy, and trial preparation for technically challenging matters.
