Solicitor needed in Kensington.

The rate is £30.40ph PAYE. This is a temporary role. The reference number is 5284268.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will provide expert professional/technical legal advice and guidance to colleagues, managers and partner agencies to contribute to the delivery of both objectives and priorities.

They will provide legal and procedural advice to Members and Officers relating to public procurement, contract and commercial law matters, including IT projects, social and welfare projects, regeneration and commercial projects. They will also provide specialist legal advice in regeneration, housing, schools and commercial construction projects that is rare in local authorities or difficult to recruit to.
