You can expect a remote-first working model with periodic in-person gatherings at your closest office for team connection, planning, or other key moments.

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with product managers and designers as part of the full software lifecycle: design, code, test, deploy, and iterate.
  • Contribute to backend systems as a backend-focused, full-stack engineer with occasional frontend projects.
  • Collaborate in a team that releases code to production every few days with a daily release cycle.
  • Engage with a web stack including Java, GraphQL, Kubernetes, SQL and NoSQL databases, all on AWS.
Qualifications
  • Strong proficiency in an object-oriented programming language is essential.
  • Experience with backend systems; willingness to learn frontend skills as needed (not required for interview).
  • Familiarity with Java, GraphQL, Kubernetes, SQL/NoSQL databases, and AWS is desirable but not all tools are required.
Benefits
  • Competitive compensation packages, including base salary and annual bonuses.
  • Remote-friendly collaboration with optional on-site presence.
  • Flexible schedule and work-life balance.
  • Donations matching, tuition assistance, and lifestyle benefits.
  • Travel perks, employee assistance program, and health benefits.

  • We’re better together. We learn from, respect, support, and value one another.
  • We serve our customers, always. We listen, question, respond, and strive for wow moments.
