Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm

Key Responsibilities
Software Design
- Gather and analyse requirements from internal teams and customers
- Produce clear and concise software specifications
- Contribute to design meetings and technical reviews
Software Development
- Develop and maintain mobile phone applications (iOS & Android)
- Build Windows and web-based applications using modern Microsoft technologies
- Work with SQL Server databases
- Maintain and enhance existing systems, including legacy applications
- Contribute to source control and best‑practice development processes
Software Testing
- Write and execute test specifications
- Participate in office‑based and real‑world field testing
- Support beta testing with internal users and customers
- Maintain high software quality standards
Software Support
- Provide technical support via internal support teams
- Carry out remote diagnostics and troubleshooting
- Assist with software commissioning and deployment
- Help improve support and release processes
Documentation
- Create and maintain user manuals and online help content
Skills & Experience
Essential
- Degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering or equivalent commercial experience
- Commercial experience developing mobile / phone applications
- Minimum 3 years’ software development experience
- Strong problem‑solving ability and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
- Positive, hands‑on attitude with strong communication skills
Desirable Technical Skills
- Mobile app development using MAUI (iOS & Android)
- C#, C++, Visual Basic
- ASP.NET, MVC
- SQL Server
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript / TypeScript
- React / Next.js
- Cloud‑based development
- Real‑time or process‑control software
- GitLab or similar version control tools
