Software Engineer

Location: Norwich

Salary: Circa £35,000

This role is perfect for someone with a passion for clean code, automation, and cloud-native development. You’ll be confident working with ASP.NET Core, AWS, and CI/CD pipelines, and excited to contribute to a team that’s transforming how we connect with our customers.

A bit about the job:

You’ll join our Marketing Technology (MarTech) team, where we’re enhancing customer experiences through smarter, more personalised communications. You’ll work closely with software engineers, architects and product owners to deliver high-quality features at pace.

Your focus will be on building and maintaining practical data architectures, improving reliability and performance, and resolving routine issues. You’ll also have the freedom to explore new technologies that help us deliver better outcomes.

Skills and experience we’re looking for
  • Experience with ASP.NET Core using C#, and web services (RESTful/SOAP/GraphQL)
  • Front-end skills in HTML, React, JavaScript, TypeScript, JSON
  • Strong understanding of SQL Server, NoSQL, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB
  • Hands-on experience with AWS and CI/CD tools like Git and Azure DevOps
  • A keen eye for automation, especially in testing
