The Role

We"re looking for a hands-on Senior Engineer to help build reliable products that make a real difference. You"ll lead by example across frontend, backend, data and cloud, shaping technical decisions and mentoring others.

• Design and ship high-quality features across the stack
• Own end‑to‑end slices: discovery, design, build, QA, release and measurement
• Collaborate in cross-functional Agile squads with QA, Product and Data to deliver value
• Improve CI/CD, observability and IaC to make shipping fast and safe
• Guide and mentor engineers through code reviews, pairing and knowledge sharing
• Contribute to technical strategy, standards and roadmaps
• Troubleshoot production issues, driving root-cause fixes and prevention

Joining a small team, you will have responsibility for architecture, build, deployment, testing, observation and support. Hybrid working with an expectation to be in the office at 1-2 times a week, or for any relevant meetings / workshops.
