We re looking for a Software Team Manager / Dev Manager to guide, support and develop a busy, collaborative team. You ll bring clarity, direction and structure - not micromanagement - and help the team deliver high-quality software across a varied project landscape. You don t need to be hands‑on coding, but you do need a solid understanding of how software is built. SQL knowledge is a real advantage too, as many of their applications are data-driven.

You ll be leading a team of nine, mainly mid-level and junior, supported by a couple of seniors. They work across a large suite of applications and databases, covering everything from maintaining existing systems to new feature development and greenfield builds. The core tech stack includes Java, Glassfish, OCI and Oracle. There s also a small PHP team and React Native for mobile.

You ll be supported by an excellent IT Director - an experienced, people‑first leader who ll help you succeed, share the load, and ensure you have the tools, training and development to grow your career.
