Software Compliance Analyst

Location: Plymouth

Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 per annum

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring our systems, software, and processes meet key industry and international compliance standards. You will bridge technical development with regulatory assurance, helping to identify gaps, reduce risk, and ensure our projects remain fully compliant.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct requirement gap analysis and compliance assessments
• Evaluate systems against Lloyd’s Register and DNV standards
• Ensure alignment with EC and IEC standards (eg IEC 15026)
• Identify compliance risks and highlight issues to the development team
• Provide input on software assurance and standards compliance
• Support audit preparation and maintain relevant documentation
• Apply understanding of software development processes to compliance reviews
