Responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments, develop care plans and implement interventions to ensure the safety and well-being of vulnerable individuals.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive safeguarding strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of all casework, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and guidelines.
  • Provide expert advice and support to service users, families and other stakeholders involved in safeguarding.
  • Participate in regular supervision and training to stay abreast of current practices and policies within social work.
Qualifications
  • A degree or equivalent qualification in social work.
  • Clean and up-to-date registration with Social Work England.
