Position Summary

We need a 2x permanent, Full-time, Social Workers to work across North Lancashire (e.g., Lancaster, Morecambe & Heysham) as part of our Adult Services Older Adults and Physical Disability Community Teams.

  • Undertake strength‑based, outcome‑focussed assessments and support planning, ensuring that the residents of Lancashire receive the right amount of support.
  • Support people to access local services, maintain independence, promote health and wellbeing and live independently.
  • Work alongside other agencies, professionals and informal carers, providing a holistic service.
  • Collaborate with supportive managers and pursue various training and progression opportunities.
