Job Title: Social Worker – Family Support & Protection
Job Location: Rochdale, UK
Salary: £39 Hourly
Contract Duration: Ongoing, Full Time

Responsibilities

• Work within multi-disciplinary teams to carry out direct assessments and deliver a whole family response.
• Manage a caseload of 20 to 23 children, with the goal to reduce to 17 as the team grows, enabling more direct work with families.
• Ensure robust safeguarding measures and protection plans are in place for children in need.
• Collaborate with specialist practitioners to provide comprehensive support.
