What you will do:

  • Engage with families using the signs of safety model to provide direct support to children and families through family meetings and individual sessions.
  • Develop strong support networks aimed at reducing risk and preventing case escalation.
  • Handle a diverse portfolio, including Child in Need CIN, Child Protection CP, and Children Looked After CLA cases.
  • Navigate and manage Care Proceedings, Private Law cases, and Public Law Outline PLO processes.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and external stakeholders to ensure comprehensive care and support for children and families.
  • Thoroughly assess and document cases following best practice guidelines and legal requirements.
