Exciting opportunity for a Qualified Children’s Social Worker specialising in Cafcass within Liverpool, UK, earning £37.75 hourly. This is an ongoing full-time locum position. As part of our vibrant team, your primary responsibilities will be making critical contributions to family court proceedings in both Private and Public Law. Though you’ll be based in our Liverpool office, flexible and remote working is encouraged, so you can bring your expertise without being tethered to a desk every day.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as a Family Court Adviser in the Private and Public Law team
  • Engage in direct work with children to gather their views and wishes
  • Prepare detailed written reports for the court and advocate for arrangements that ensure the best interests of the children
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and use mediation skills to support families in reaching amicable solutions
