Job description

You should demonstrate a good level of experience, knowledge and skills of ability to work in the Children First Partnership Hub setting. You will be working alongside our partner agencies police, probation, health, education etc. You will work with a complex and diverse range of needs and have the skills to evaluate risk, ensuring timely decisions are made for our families of the borough. Have a professional qualification in Social Work/Care and be registered with Social Work England, with at least 3 years experience. You will need to have good organisational skills to work to strict deadlines and pressures while balancing safety and risk management. You will need to work flexibly and within the needs of the service. Have experience in working in specialist settings such as a MASH team. Have good IT skills and familiarity with systems such as Liquid Logic.

We also have partner agencies co-located within the hub, Police, Probation, Health, Education and CAMHS. We are based close to the town centre, have parking facilities and access to discounted membership to the Gym/Swimming Pool.

Salary: Grade 9, 39,862 - 45,091 per annum.
