Overview

Social Worker Senior Practitioner within Children in Care in Redcar, UK - £31.74 Hourly, Full Time. Ongoing.

This role offers the opportunity to hold and manage a caseload of children who are under the care of the Local Authority, with placements including Foster Care, Kinship placements, Residential settings, and Semi-support Living arrangements. The position is ongoing.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload of children in the care of the Local Authority.
• Collaborate with foster carers, residential staff, and semi-support living providers to ensure the best outcomes for children.
• Conduct assessments and reviews to monitor the progress and well-being of children.
• Develop and implement care plans in partnership with children, families, and other agencies.
